Today was really chill and not extraordinary by any means. We had porridge for breakfast and the mosquitoes were much less of a nuisance than yesterday. During our lunch break we had a nice chat with a couple traveling by motorcycle around Scandinavia as well. At the afternoon break Benni cleaned his chain and chain guard pretty thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised that I ended with clean hands, as I used our cooking fuel to pre-clean my hands, was able to use the restroom of the gas station and even had lotion afterwards. That turned out better than expected.

The first shelter we found in the evening was located on a very scenic spot above a fast flowing river. But the trashcan on the side of the hut smelled pretty bad so we drove on. The second shelter (the second one we drove to) was very nice but unfortunately the mosquitoes were very active that evening. During the night the wind picked up a bit and I dreamed I would hear a bear outside (we had seen a bear paw in the soft sand at our camping spot at the turning bay a couple of days prior, so that might be why).
